Feltham has in place a Corporate Social Responsibility Policy which sets out the procedures and processes the Company has in place to ensure it meets its wider economic, social and environmental obligations, both to employees and to other interest groups including customers, suppliers, investors and local communities.
It includes sustainable development practices, corporate citizenship, corporate governance and business ethics.
Our local engagement is reflected in a project environment where we are employed on a project that impacts on a community. A typical example of this is when we work on housing association projects, and have arranged and attended events to give the opportunity for local residents to raise any concerns that they may have.
A key aspect of many of the projects completed by Feltham is compliance with the Considerate Constructors Scheme.

Sean Bates MBA, MSc.
Managing Director
Sean joined The Group in 2013 as Managing Director of Feltham Properties. He is an engineering and business school graduate and also has an MSc in Real Estate from Reading University. Sean brings extensive property development leadership experience to the team and is passionate about quality of design and community engagement.
Andrew Brown MCIOB
Director & Group Managing Director
Andy spent his early working years employed by two major international contractors based in the UK. During this period he continued his professional studies and in 1991 Andy graduated as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
In 1996 Andy joined Feltham as a Contracts Manager but was soon promoted to Construction Director (1998). He is now the Group Managing Director (2011).
David Yates
Director & Group Chairman
David has been with Feltham since 1988 and is one of the Company’s longest serving members of staff. Starting as an Assistant Surveyor he has successively been promoted to positions of Managing Director of two group subsidiaries before his current role as Group Chairman and Company Secretary.
As an integral part of the management team, David has seen Company growth increase from twelve staff and turnover of £6m in 1988 to the one hundred staff and £50m turnover of today.
